The Jewish people know this subject well, actually. Many Jews having been historic victims of boarding schools, as well. It is not limited to just this European colonized continent that Europeans named “America.” Rachel Wahba is an Egyptian-Iraqi Jew. Her mother went through the Catholic boarding school after Jews in the Middle East were ethnically cleased by Arabs who re-conquested the Middle East with Europeans (WWI). Her refugee mother grew up in Singapore, which is where she was boarded for Indigenous assimilation into white Christian culture. Hint, it didn’t work, for she returned and she married Jewish.
All of us Indigenous Peoples in this world are struggling to overcome the European and Arab occupations of Indigenous Peoples’ lands for Christ/Allah and kings/caliphates. To educate this colonized world, we Indigenous Peoples of *both* continents must unite together in solidarity! We must know each other’s languages to know our kindred spirits.
Snapshot: Had to blur the name of this indigenous organization, because I will not promote organizations whose Admins are courting antisemitic Marxist organizations. This is the organization that has been repeatedly reporting my posts as “spam,” so I’ve learned. When I first reached out to this organization, I had great success (for awhile!) in keeping them steered away from those antisemitic Marxist hate groups.
But, … Racism is a disease, folks, and it is *not* curable! They have erased all the comments that I shared showing our commonality as Indigenous Peoples, and they have blocked me from encouraging further dialogue between the two continents of Indigenous Peoples – all because I am Jewish. My heart aches deeply everytime I lose someone back to racism!
Please help the Kurdish and Jewish peoples to end Arab and European Colonial racism that keeps Indigenous Peoples divided from each other. Instead of occupying Judea-Samaria, be good citizens of Israel! We all want peace and freedom. Jews must learn Arabic! Arabs must learn Ivrit (Hebrew)!
