Israel is the excuse, not the reason for this endless violence. The cause of the violence is historic Jew-hatred! As in this post, and as recent white nationalist marches here have so clearly shown. Jews are blamed everywhere for the social problems of others, and regularly attacked.
We are blamed for supporting BLM, and are attacked in every city that has a BLM march. And we are labeled as “Colonizers,” and attacked in Diaspora nations for some of us being born just a little too white.
The modern State of Israel is the fourth time in over 3,000 years of history that Jews have attempted peaceful self-sovereignty in our land – after repeated occupations and several holocausts. When will others *stop attacking us* and, then, *blaming us* for what their hatred of us has wrought in response?!
Yes, Jason Weiner is right! We must never hide our Jewishness, because the world of Jew haters *will find a way* to demonize us, to blame us, to attack us, and to attempt to “enslave” us, again, and/or outright “Final Solution” us to the mass burial graves as a people!
I love all ethnicities upon this planet. But, my love and desire for *real* peace, will *not* come through the modern neverending deadly hate for my Jewish people!
I hate that children, and those adults that truly are peaceful anti-racists, are dying in these *senseless* battles of hatred! But, both sides *MUST* dearm together and choose the path of *real* peace. Why?
Because, we Jews have learned in every generation that another shoah – another Holocaust – is on the horizon, so long as there are fundamentalist Christians and Muslims in this world – who are looking to erase (*replace*) our ethno-religious way of life from this planet, and from history itself!
Literally, not that long ago that I wrote this!
Unfortunately, just being Jewish is more than enough! The more stereotypically Jewish in appearance and behaviors, the more likely of violence inflicted upon you – by Christians, by Muslims, by white men, by black men, and by Arab men. Just for lighting candles in your home, hacked with a machete! Just for walking down the street in a Jewish hat or covered by a tallit, beaten and stabbed! … But, it’s “the Jews’ fault, of course. If only they would assimilate and worship our idols with us! If only they would hate themselves, the way we are taught by our proselytizing religions to hate them. How dare Jews continue to congregate, light their candles, dress like Jews, and expect to be able live life in peace and security!
It must be condemned by all. Without qualification, without “but,” and without reinforcing the antisemitism that is fueling this violence! Wake up! It’s never been about Israeli politics. It’s always been about whether Jews have a place in this world, after the creation of Christianity and Islam.

Hamas has fired over 2,800 rockets into Israel, and at least 430 rockets onto residents of Gaza – all over an eviction court case that hasn’t happened in Israel yet. Israel is blamed for all deaths in Gaza, and Gaza’s Health Ministry is unreliable in its statistics. Hamas is not only murdering Israeli citizens, but also innocent Gazans. In response, Israel has targeted rocket launchers, munition depots, Hamas command centers, and underground tunnels that Hamas deliberately positions in heavily populated areas. Israel warns and gives time prior to every attack, but watch this video below to see how *unavoidable* civilians are in Gaza. Hamas *knows this* and wants Israel blamed for all the deaths that their attacks cause. This is not about Israeli “occupation” of Gaza. Every Hamas member swears to the Hamas charter – which declares that Hamas exists to murder every Jew in the land and to “conquest” Israel for Islam.

This is also why President Joe Biden has been slow to put pressure on Israel to ceasefire. The U.S. has the same intelligence capabilities that Israel has. Think about this for a moment.
Imagine if Israel did not have her anti-missile defense system. Imagine just how many thousands of Jews would be dead now in Israel from just this one attack.

“You go to a college campus and want to get involved in antiracism or social justice work, but if you support the state of Israel, you’re the problem. This is a generation who are very moved and inspired by social justice causes and want to be on the right side of justice. But they’re falling into overly simplistic narratives, and narratives driven by true enemies of the Jewish people.” – Rabbi Ari Hart
Enough said! Both Left and Right are dangerously wrong, and Jews pay the price everytime for simplistic narratives. Yes, Rabbi Ari Hart!
I oppose Netanyahu’s ethno-nationalist policies of Palestinian replacement. But I damn well know who the real enemies are! 1,600 years and 1,400 years now this Jew-hatred has been guiding the words of media, politicians, laws, and society behaviors. Placing the blame of all of society’s problems upon us – *it must be* – somehow. Israel is a bonus convenience (somehow making all these hateful lies embodied and true)!
These Jewish hatred tropes, they are very *simple* and *effective* tropes, that manage to keep us always as a Jewish people in the precarious position of life. For Christian and modern Islam, this is in the position of being the “evil,” rather than the continuous historical victim of Jew-hatred.
Many young Jews in the west are so white privileged (so #SHJ type Jewish, so #JStreet type Jewish) they have forgotten to listen to the genetic memory of the blood within them (or they don’t have it in them to begin with to feel familiar fear – being too much the product of conversion/adoption)!
Just saying, we *got to teach all the history honestly, like we got to make white USA learn all the “American” history honestly (mandatory black history)! Feel good, feel self righteous, simplistic history, views, understandings, and opinions (an avoidance of *important* details) are not enough! This always leads to another Shoah upon *Jews*, history keeps teaching (yes, it can happen *yet* again)!

“The Israel of their lifetime has been powerful, no longer appearing to some to be under constant existential threat. The violence comes after a year when mass protests across the United States have changed how many Americans see issues of racial and social justice. The pro-Palestinian position has become more common, with prominent progressive members of Congress offering impassioned speeches in defense of the Palestinians on the House floor. At the same time, reports of anti-Semitism are rising across the country.” Across the USA, across Europe, across any Jews that still live in Muslim countries! It’s a very dangerous time for Jews.

It’s never been about Israel, but about Jews having self-determination/sovereignty (independent of Christianity/Islam).
“Dear President Biden,
Since the start of the recent round of violence in Israel, there have been numerous antisemitic incidents around the world and in the United States, as well as on social media. The perpetrators of these attacks deliberately targeted Jewish institutions and individuals for no other reason than their religion, justifying it with age-old antisemitic tropes, exaggerated claims, and inflammatory rhetoric.
In less than two weeks, serious examples of physical violence include an attack against Jews outside of a restaurant in Los Angeles, on the streets of South Florida, and New York’s Times Square, and against synagogues in Tucson and Skokie. And, heard in chants and seen on signs in disruption of pro-Israel rallies as well as at many of the anti-Israel rallies, protesters chanted slogans from ‘Hitler was right” to “From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will Be Free.” This phrase calling for wholesale genocide raises fear among many Jews, who recall reports of Arab political and military leaders bragging that they would “push the Jews into the sea,” in the years following the founding of Israel.
Internationally, numerous antisemitic incidents have deliberately targeted Jewish institutions. In London, antisemitic incidents increased fivefold since May 8th. A Chinese-run media outlet suggested U.S. policy is determined by wealthy Jews and the Jewish lobby. Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan remarked that, “[Israelis] only are satisfied by sucking [Palestinian] blood.” These few examples, of many, point to a sharp and deeply troubling increase in antisemitic incidents and rhetoric. And while we affirm the right to debate a government’s policies, we condemn the outright attacks targeting Jews and Jewish communities, and any suggestion that these are mere responses to the recent conflict is spurious.
Additionally, on social media, a disturbing array of hateful posts is enabling the spread of antisemitism at a moment of historically high antisemitic incidents. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) on Thursday reported finding 17,000 tweets between May 7 and May 14, a period of escalation in Gaza, with a variation of the words “Hitler was right.”
On behalf of the undersigned Jewish organizations representing diverse Jewish voices and opinions, we write to you to express grave concern over the recent surge of antisemitic attacks here in the United States and around the world, and over social media. We are grateful for the current ceasefire in the conflict between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamas, but we fear that the way the conflict has been used to amplify antisemitic rhetoric, embolden dangerous actors and attack Jews and Jewish communities will have ramifications far beyond these past two weeks. We appreciate your strong stance throughout your career against antisemitism, and urge you to speak out forcefully against this dangerous trend and stand alongside the Jewish community in the face of this wave of hate before it gets any worse.”
