When you are the first Indigenous nation to be (mutually!) occupied by the historic Arab and European Colonizers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands, and you are the first to successfully decolonize against the will of the historic Arab and European Colonizers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands, do you *honestly* think that Arabs and Europeans are going to let you be the example for other colonized Indigenous Peoples?!
No! and Yes! This is why our Jewish ancestral land, Judea-Samaria, is presently (and has been every year since 1948!) occupied by an equal number of Arab political land-squatters upon Judea-Samaria as there are Israeli citizens (Jews, Arabs, Druze, and Europeans combined!). Why do you think we Indigenous Judeans do not simply kick them off of our land? We do have the Indigenous right to do so! So, why do we not?
It was the Jewish people, the Indigenous People of Judea-Samaria, who restored the agricultural health of our land in the 1880’s, after the Arab occupiers caused our ancestral land to famine and our waters to disease! Because we Indigenous Jews restored our land, the Arab and European Colonizers flooded into “Palestine” as both military occupiers and as land-grabbing settlers to occupy and rule our agriculturally restored ancestral Jewish land.
But, since 1964, with the help of the USSR, Arabs and Europeans have reversed the historical roles in media to deliberately *erase the Indigenous Judean people of Judea-Samaria*! The Indigenous now becomes the “Colonial settler,” and the historic colonizing Arab occupier – and present non-citizen political land-squatters upon Judean land, seeking to end the *only* successfully decolonized Indigenous refugee nation in this entire world – becomes the new ancient “indigenous” with no history *in the ground* to back this ahistorical lie.
Denying factual verifiable history does not change the actual history. Rewriting history and reversing history does not change the actual history. Doing this only shows that the Arab and European occupiers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands around this world – including the Arab occupation of Judea-Samaria – are not yet ready to end their anti-Indigenous racist hatred!

If you are “Palestinian” *Arab*-woke, then you are engaged in *anti-Indigenous racism* against the Indigenous Jewish people of Judea-Samaria, *full stop*! … Congratulations, Comrade! Both Europeans *and* Arabs are Colonizers. I come with historical receipts. Here is today’s quote:
Fathi Hammad, Hamas, 2012, “Allah be praised, we all have Arab roots [down south of Judea-Samaria, like Europe is north of Judea-Samaria!], and every Palestinian, in Gaza and throughout Palestine, can prove his Arab roots – whether from Saudi Arabia, from Yemen, or anywhere… personally, half my family is Egyptian, we are all like that… Brothers, half the Palestinians are Egyptian and the other half are Saudis…Who are the Palestinians? We [Palestinians] have families called al-Masri whose roots are Egyptian. Egyptian! We are Egyptian! They may be from Alexandria, from Cairo [like Yasser Arafat], from Dumietta, from the north, from Aswan, from Upper Egypt. We are Egyptians! We are Arabs! We are Muslims! Allahuakbar!” Fathi Hammad, Hamas Minister of the Interior and of National Security, on Al Hekma TV Egypt, March 23, 2012
Holocaust denier Mahmoud Abbas (who completed his university dissertation in Moscow), eternal President of the Palestinian Authority, would disagree with Fathi Hammad:
Khaled Abu Toameh, Journalist/TV Producer, 2013: “Mahmoud Abbas: Palestinians & Jordanians [are] one people in two states [“West Bank” and “Jordan,” which *both* are Indigenous Jewish land]. Jordan will not be a Palestinian state. Confederation [is] no longer on table.” – reported on his Twitter account (@KhaledAbuToameh) July 22, 2013
“Well, it is true that many [Palestinian] genealogies are traced to Arab tribes from the (Persian) Gulf to the (Atlantic) Ocean. But many other genealogies are lost. As you know, Arabs usually keep genealogies that would make them proud! i.e. most of those who trace back to Mohammad still have their family tree to prove it. Thus *no Arab would be proud of a genealogy which traces his origin back to the Canaanites*, so it was lost (or modified sometimes).
The thing now is, *what happened to the Canaanites*? We know that there wasn’t any Canaanite holocaust or something. What happened to their descendents? I guess that they (among others who are aboriginal Palestinians) are the modern-day Palestinians.” – Mahisi Geet, 2011, online rebuttal to Walid Shoebat’s claim:
“Why was it that on June 4, 1967, I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian?… As I lived in Palestine everyone I knew could trace there heritage back to the original country their great grandparents came from. Everyone knew his origins was not from the Canaanites, but ironically, that is the kind of stuff our education included in the Middle East.”*
The answer to both Walid and Mahisi is we Indigenous Judeans, the Jewish people, are the direct descendants of the Canāanite people. Why? Because *we Jews* keep the Canāanite language, history and myths, pantheon of god names, land rituals and civil laws – that must be performed in Judea-Samaria – and the need to be present and self-sovereign upon Judea-Samaria! Do Arabs, Egyptians, *Lebanese*, or Jordanians do this? Name me just *one* Arab king of the BCE Levant (Indigenous Judean land)! No, they’re not “indigenous,” full stop!
Even more to the historical point…
“And [in response to the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine (UNSCOP) report, released 5 weeks earlier, recommending that Palestine be partitioned into an Arab State and a Jewish State] Abd Al-Rahman Pasha sat to talk about the coming horrific battle. He said:
– Personally I hope the Jews [who are indigenous to the Levant] do not force us into this war because it will be a war of elimination and it will be a dangerous massacre which history will record similarly to the Mongol massacre and the wars of the Crusades. I think the number of volunteers from outside Palestine will exceed the Palestinian population. I know that we will get volunteers from India, Afghanistan and China to have the glory of being martyrs for Palestine.
You might be shocked if you knew that many British have shown interest in volunteering in the Arab armies to fight the Jews.
This fight will have three important dimensions; faith, since all fighters believe that his fight for Palestine is the short road to heaven. Second it will be a chance for looting on a grand scale. Third, no one will be able to stop the volunteers who will come from all over the world to revenge the Palestinian martyrs because they know that the battle is an honor for all Muslims and Arabs in the world.
Another advantage the Arabs have over the Jews is accepting defeat, so if the Jews win the first battle we will win in the second, third or the last. On the other hand a single defeat of the Jews will destroy their spirit.
The Arabs in the desert love to go to war, I remember once while fighting in the desert I was called to make a peace and the Arabs told me “how come you do that? How can we live without a war?” The Bedouin finds enjoyment in war which he can’t find in peace.
I warned the Jewish leaders whom I met in London about continuing their policy, and I told them that the Arab soldier is the strongest in the world. Once he lifts his weapon, he not put it down till he fires the last bullet in the battle, and we will fire the last bullet.
In the end I understand the consequence of this bloody war, I see in front of me its horrible battles, I can imagine its victims but I have a clear conscience since we were called to fight as defenders and not attackers.” – Azzam Pasha, Secretary-General of the Arab League, interviewed by Mustafa Amin, published in Akhbar el-Yom (Cairo newspaper), October 11, 1947
Even though Azzam Pasha was *not* calling for a war between Arabs and Jews, his words were quite prophetic – but in the reverse of his believed outcome. The Jewish people of Judea-Samaria succeeded in May 1948 in militarily forcing the British occupier and their Arab supporters off of enough of Judea-Samaria to reestablish Indigenous Judean Independence. For having done so, the very first day of Jewish Independence, five Arab armies invaded Judea-Samaria and waged a 10 month siege to conquest all of Judea-Samaria for Arab rule – the Arab created “nakba” of 1948-1949. This war and every subsequent war of conquest by Arabs, we Jews have survived, because our will to be free of occupation upon our Jewish ancestral land is this resolute!
“The idea that “Palestinian Arab” conquerors could become indigenous through conquering the Jewish people, even though the term “Palestinian” was only used in reference to Jews before 1948, is anathema. While Arabs claim to be related to the descendants of Israel through blood, it’s just another way to say that they acted like all conquerors, raping and pillaging and then settling and subsuming the locals. Native North Americans especially understand that simply conquering indigenous people does not grant one indigenous status. Building a monument over our sacred places does not make them yours (Mount Rushmore, anyone?) Not any more than UNESCO declaring the Temple Mount to be a Muslim sacred site because they built a mosque over the church that was built over the ruins of the Jewish Temple.” – Ryan Bellerose, Advocacy Coordinator for Western Canada of B’nai Brith Canada’s League for Human Rights, February 08, 2017, Are Jews Indigenous to the Land of Israel? Yes., Tablet Magazine
Now, what else do you *not* know? Can I save you from the disease of disinformation racism?! (I am just 1 Indigenous Jewish voice, with little time, but I will do my best.)
Please help us, the Kurdish and Jewish people, to defend our Indigenous nations’ land Rights! Help us to get the racist, supremacist, anti-Indigenous Arab and European occupiers/settlers off of our ancestral lands!
The “Palestinian” Arabs and Imperialist Europeans do not need to rule over all Indigenous Peoples’ lands around this world. There is room for we Indigenous Peoples and our Indigenous self-sovereignty, too! Help us to *defund* this Colonizer anti-Indigenous racism worldwide!

For the “Palestinian” *Arabs* occupying Judea-Samaria for 74 years, pretending to be the new ancient “indigenous” Judean people!:
“As an indigenous activist — I am a Métis from the Paddle Prairie Metis settlement in Alberta, Canada — there is one question I am most often asked by the public, one that can instantly divide a community due to its intense and arduous subject matter.
Yet, regardless of the scenario, each time I hear the words, “Are Jews the indigenous people of Israel?” I’m inclined to answer not only with my heart but with the brutal, honest truth, backed by indisputable, thousands-year-old historical and archaeological fact: yes….
Archaeology, genealogy, and history all support the Jewish claim to indigeneity. A debate on this issue only even exists because we’ve been fed a false narrative that Palestinian Arabs also hold a claim to the land of Israel. Not to say that two peoples can’t be indigenous to one land. The Palestinians do indeed have the legitimate “rights of longstanding presence” in Israel, but this does not trump the indigenous status of Jewish people, 90 percent of whom can directly trace their genetics to the Levant. The cultural genesis, spirituality, language, and ancestral ties of Palestinian Arabs, however, trace back to the Hejaz (a region in present-day Saudi Arabia). In the Quran, the Hejaz is where Muhammad was born and where he established a community of followers.
To say that Palestinian Arabs were the first inhabitants of the land of Israel is problematic for actual indigenous people like the Jewish people, the Amazigh, the Copts, the Assyrians, the Samaritans, and others who were forcefully conquered, subsumed, and converted. It would literally be akin to white Europeans in North America making that same claim. Conquering peoples can still become indigenous through cultural genesis and coalescence. They cannot, however, become indigenous simply through conquering indigenous people.
Indigenous status is specific to certain areas, just as in North America, where certain tribes are indigenous to specific regions. The same rules should be applied in the Middle East. Just as the Cree would not claim Mohawk territories, Arabs should not try to claim Jewish, Amazigh, Kurdish, or Assyrian territories. Each of those peoples have clearly defined territories that date to pre-colonial times….
[A common non-Jewish] argument against Jews being an indigenous people derives from the [myth-based] fact that Abraham was from Ur. And, while he is considered the father of the Jewish people, they did not become a people in Ur but in the Levant — specifically, [in Moab, southern half of the country “Jordan” today, and became an ethno-nationality north of Moab and across the river] in modern-day Judea and Samaria.
According to Jewish tradition and spirituality, the Torah was given to the Jewish people at Mount Sinai [Mount Horeb], but they had their cultural Genesis in the land of Israel [with our Canāanite brethren]. Of the 613 mitzvot, the vast majority can only be completed in the land of Israel. The Patriarchs and Matriarchs of the Jewish people are all buried in the land of Israel. The holiest sites in Judaism are located — you guessed it — in the land of Israel. Abraham was indeed from Ur, but the people who stemmed from him are, without a doubt, from Israel….
Seeing how the goal of all indigenous peoples is to achieve self-determination on their ancestral lands,… Why else would the United Nations include a caveat that basically denies indigenous peoples’ identity if we actually win in our struggle? It is my belief that it was inserted to deny indigenous status to one specific people, in fact, the only people who have actually achieved full self-determination on their ancestral lands: the Jewish people.
It is my belief that strengthening Jewish identity is the optimum way to fight against the perpetuation of false narratives and lies. This can be achieved only through an indigenous decolonization of Jewish identity, which would urge Jews to see themselves through a Jewish lens and manifest the indigenous aspects of Jewish identity in a meaningful way….
I got involved in this struggle because I was seeing nonindigenous people make arguments that are detrimental to actual indigenous people, arguments that attempt to rewrite our history. The idea that “Palestinian Arab” conquerors could become indigenous through conquering the Jewish people, even though the term “Palestinian” was only used in reference to Jews before 1948, is anathema. While Arabs claim to be related to the descendants of Israel through blood, it’s just another way to say that they acted like all conquerors, raping and pillaging and then settling and subsuming the locals. Native North Americans especially understand that simply conquering indigenous people does not grant one indigenous status.

What makes you “indigenous” to Judea-Samaria (what non-indigenous people call “Palestine”)?
It is not your skin color, nor your last geographic location lived. A Hawaiian or Samoan does not stop being indigenous to Hawai’i or Sāmoa just because the last five generations have lived in California or Lebanon, intermarried, and have birthed “admixtured” children that look European or Lebanese. A Pueblo or Cree does not stop being indigenous to what Europeans call “America” just because European colonization has resulted in quite a few children having blond hair and blue eyes. So the same is for the first Indigenous Judean people who were colonized by both Arab and European occupiers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands, resulting in Jews that reflect the spectrum of human skin colors and caricaturistic looks after almost 3,000 years of occupations.
So, again, what makes you *”indigenous”* to Judea-Samaria (what non-indigenous people call “Palestine”) – now that we have erased the racist classifications of Arab and European Colonizers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands that are meant to erase Indigenous Peoples from this colonized planet?
Easy! Indigenous laws of Indigenous Peoples, which we Indigenous Judeans call “halachot”! I cannot speak for other Indigenous Peoples, but I can speak for the Jewish people, being an Indigenous Judean myself, like *all* my more darker skinned fathers before me.
There are only two ways halachically (by Indigenous Judean laws) to be Jewish, by birth into a Jewish family or by ruling of a beit din (indigenous Judean community court of law). All Jews by birth and by beit din are expected to perpetuate the Jewish identity and way of life to ensure our Indigenous People’s survival for all generations.
There is no such thing as Jewish by “faith,” Jewish by ancestral “heritage,” and Jewish by “DNA.” If you are not Jewish by Jewish community halacha, then you are not Jewish, full stop. … Which means that you are not Indigenous to Judea-Samaria. The Jewish people became a distinct Indigenous People in Moab in the 14th century BCE (which is southern Jordan today) and became a distinct ethno-religious nationality north of Moab and across the (Jordan) river in Judea-Samaria in the 13th century BCE.
We Indigenous Judeans have maintained a constant non-stop presence upon our land through *every* BCE and CE occupation of our land by non-indigenous peoples. (Aka, we never left our land!) So, we rightfully and morally demand our Indigenous land Rights, regardless the lies and propaganda of Arabs and Europeans who are desperately seeking to erase our Indigenous identity from our ancestral land, so that they – Arab Muslims or European Christians – can take it for themselves! Hint, the Jewish people and our land are inseparable!
We Jews, in all our admixtured looks, know *who we are* and we will *not be dhimmi* to Arab and European occupiers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands ever again! Get used to this, Arab and European Colonizers! For we will only demilitarize upon our ancestral land when Arabs and Europeans accept our reality and rightful place in this world, and stop terrorizing our people – who are defending our Indigenous Judean land Rights upon our ancestral land!
Look at me closely. Judge me by your Colonizer racist assumptions and classifications, do you? Boring. This is exactly why we Jews survive you Arab and European Colonizers of Indigenous Peoples’ lands! Just because Arabs and Europeans had their own ancestors and ethno-religions – until Muhammad, Tertullian, and Irenaeus invented Islam and Christianity in this CE period of history, that *appropriates* BCE Jewish ancestors and Jewish myths and gives Jews a BAD name everywhere in this colonized world – this does *NOT* mean that you now get to replace us Indigenous Judean people upon this planet!
