Those who are \u05d2\u05d6\u05e2 geza by ghettoization, especially the \u05d7\u05e8\u05d3\u05d9 heredi, often look upon other Jews as \u05db\u05bc\u05e9\u05e8 \u05d7\u05d6\u05d9\u05e8 \u05e4\u05bf\u05d9\u05e1\u05dc kosher chazer fissel and exclaim that they are \u05d2\u05e0\u05d9\u05d1\u05ea \u05d3\u05e2\u05ea g’neivat da’at for being different. And they, the \u05d2\u05d6\u05e2 geza, do not realize nor accept that they, the \u05d7\u05e8\u05d3\u05d9 heredi specifically, are the youngest Jewish movement within our greater \u05d9\u05b7\u05d4\u05b2\u05d3\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea Judaism. Even \u05d7\u05d9\u05dc\u05d5\u05e0\u05d9 chiloni Judaism and \u05d4\u05e9\u05db\u05dc\u05d4 haskalah Judaism are older than these family movements – families who are often Ashkenazi by insular descent and, very unfortunately (due to the exposure to the white man), racially “Ashkenormative” in nature.<\/p>\n
This makes me wonder, what is \u05d2\u05e0\u05d9\u05d1\u05ea \u05d3\u05e2\u05ea\u200e g’neivat da’at within \u05d9\u05b7\u05d4\u05b2\u05d3\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea Judaism, as a whole? It’s not those who reject \u05ea\u05d5\u05e8\u05d4 \u05de\u05d4\u05e9\u05de\u05d9\u05d9\u05dd torah min ha’shamaiyim, for sure! Nor, is it those who reject \u05ea\u05d5\u05e8\u05d4 \u05de\u05e1\u05d9\u05e0\u05d9 that Moses is the author of Torah, our inherited redacted textual traditions. Maybe, we are (*all* communities) legitimately referring to those Christians pretending to be Jews, trying to proselytize us to their failed-messiah idolic “faith”?! I don’t know! Though, I suspicion there is truth to the latter. This deserves a special paragraph of legitimate \u05e4\u05bf\u05e8\u05d5\u05de-\u05dc\u05d5\u05e9\u05df frumspeak, so I insert it here, now, directly below!<\/p>\n
kal v’chomer \u05e7\u05dc \u05d5\u05d7\u05d5\u05de\u05e8, we already know that their only \u05d4\u05e9\u05e7\u05e4\u05d4 hashkafah is the proselytizing of Jews to their \u05d3\u05ea \u05d2\u05d5\u05d9\u05d4 Gentile religion, and their \u05d7\u05d5\u05e6\u05e4\u05d4 chutzpah of a \u05d4\u05e9\u05e4\u05e2\u05d4 hashpa’ah is found only within a book! hamevin yavin \u05d4\u05de\u05d1\u05d9\u05df \u05d9\u05d1\u05d9\u05df, calling themselves “messianic Jews,” dressing like us, acting like us, and pretending to be us – \u05e2\u05dd \u05d9\u05e9\u05e8\u05d0\u05dc am yisrael, an ethno-religious people – because they think a “book” told them that they are us and, thus, they must now appropriate us and tell us that we, too, are somehow (a failed version) of them – according to their “theology,” meaning “faith” in a “true religion” (meaning, purely a religion only).<\/p>\n
What I do know, as a \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d3\u05d9 \u05d7\u05d9\u05dc\u05d5\u05e0\u05d9 non-theistic Jew fully devoted to \u05d9\u05b7\u05d4\u05b2\u05d3\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea Judaism in all its forms, \u05d3\u05b8\u05ea\u05b4\u05d9 theistic to \u05d7\u05d9\u05dc\u05d5\u05e0\u05d9 non-theistic, is that we need to be – always and foremost – \u05e2\u05dd \u05d0\u05d7\u05d3 one people\/nation always! Tell me if this is not the \u05d0\u05ea\u05e0\u05d9-\u05d3\u05ea\u05d9 ethno-religious truth?! If there were an honest \u05e7\u05e9\u05e8 kesher between us, Jews and Christians, I would be more sympathetic and give them \u05d3\u05df \u05dc\u05db\u05e3 \u05d6\u05db\u05d5\u05ea dan l’kaf zechus. But, then, there is that unavoidable history thing, despite modern behavior and sentiment by the religiously (aka, historically) ignorant! \u05d1\u05db\u05d9\u05d4 \u05dc\u05d3\u05d5\u05e8\u05d5\u05ea bechiya ledorot, a reason for generational regret!!! But, back on track, lest I seem unnecessarily “divisive” in this writing to some.<\/p>\n
I tell you now, \u05e4\u05bf\u05e8\u05d5\u05dd frum is those who speak the \u05dc\u05e9\u05d5\u05df loshn of \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d3\u05d9\u05dd Jews. And this is what \u05e4\u05e8\u05d9\u05d9 frei FFB can bring to \u05d9\u05d4\u05d3\u05d5\u05ea \u05d4\u05d5\u05de\u05e0\u05d9\u05e1\u05d8\u05d9\u05ea humanistic Judaism, what any OTD can bring to non-theistic \u05d9\u05d4\u05d3\u05d5\u05ea \u05de\u05d5\u05e1\u05e8 musar Judaism.
